Adrian MIROIU is a full professor at the Political Science Faculty at the National School of Political and Administrative Studies. He holds a PhD in philosophy from the University of Bucharest and a post-doc in political philosophy from Cornell University, US. His main fields of interest are public policy, social choice and education policy.
